MoDOT District Engineer Ed Hassinger will be the master's of ceremony for the celebration which begins at 10 a.m. Officials scheduled to speak at the ceremony include: State Senator Maida Coleman; Representative Rodney Hubbard; Chuck Prior, Legislative Director, office of Governor Matt Blunt, Darryl Piggee, office of U.S. Congressman William Clay, Jr., and Marjorie Melton, office of Mayor Francis Slay. This $16 million dollar project began in winter 2004 and was originally scheduled to be complete in spring 2007.
